Customization Terms and Conditions
By placing a custom order with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Customer Responsibility
To proceed with a customized item, the customer must provide all necessary details, including:
- Exact dimensions
- Preferred color
- A reference picture that clearly represents the desired design or style
Incomplete information may delay the production process.
2. Non-Refundable Deposit
All customized orders require a 50% deposit to begin production. This deposit is non-refundable, as the item is made specifically to your request and cannot be resold.
3. Approval and Production
Production will only begin after we receive and confirm all required details and the deposit payment.
