Exchange & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Aria! We strive to ensure that your experience with our products is positive. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry — we offer a comprehensive return and exchange policy.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • If an incorrect product was delivered (i.e., the product does not match the item description or is the wrong item).
  • If the product you received has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect, or was delivered in a physically damaged condition.
  • If your order has missing parts or accessories.

Important Notes

  • You must request an exchange or return within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Customized or personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Non-Eligible Items

  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Products that show signs of use or damage not caused by shipping.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact us via [Website / Instagram direct messages] within 3 days of delivery with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the item(s)
    • Reason for the return or exchange
  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and guide you through the next steps.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our end (e.g., wrong item, defect), we’ll cover the return shipping.
  • In other cases, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) are issued as store credit, bank transfer, or Through Instapay, depending on the case.
  • We do not offer cash refunds.

Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll handle it promptly.
